What's the best advice you’ve ever been given?

I took dance classes from a young age and when my father used to pick me up he would say to me Did you work hard today or did you hardly work? I was taught to work hard and have that non-stop drive at a young age that I continually apply to my personal and professional life.

Hobbies?

God first- my daily readings & devotions, cooking (especially with my son), gardening, reading & writing poetry, and live music.
