Wide Web Slitting
Slitting directly from master or jumbo rolls using a wide web slitter is the most cost effective slitting method. Pro Tapes® has eleven wide web slitting units of which six are fully automated.
Narrow Web Slitting
When volume doesn’t warrant wide web slitting Pro Tapes® has the ability to economically process short runs on our narrow web slitters.
Lathe Slitting
Lathe slitting is a much needed capability for odd slitting opportunities (narrow widths or multiple widths within a web) and small volumes.
Flexo Printing
Pro Tapes® can print up to three colors (fourth color is the color of the substrate) and die-cut in one pass.
Flatbed Die-Cutting
A flatbed die-cutting press is a hydraulically operated machine which uses a steel rule die to punch out die cut parts. Flatbed die-cutting allows for less expensive tooling and has the ability to slit much thicker substrates with less waste.
Rotary Die-Cutting
A rotary die-cutter can cut sheets or webs into smaller parts, shapes or perforations. Rotary die-cutting allows for higher production rates, greater precision, and the ability to perform multiple functions (printing, perforating and laminating.)
Laminating Services
Pro Tapes® has multiple state-of-the-art wide web laminating machines with multiple stations capable of laminating up to four substrates at a time.
